Lovely 3 Bed home in Lubrin, Spain

Our house is situated in almond and olive groves in the Sierra Filabres, 3km from the charming village of Lubrin which is famous for its Bread Festival. It is about 40 mins by car to the coast at Mojacar and Vera Playa,the largest naturist resort in Spain.

This very quiet, sunny location is ideal for anyone who wants to get away from it all and is perfect for bird watching, painting, walking etc. The pool is completely private and there is a large covered porch which provides shade in the summer.

Our bedrooms are situated downstairs, the main one has a double bed and is ensuite. The other has a double bed and fitted wardrobes. Our third bedroom is also used as a study and has a double sofa bed in it.

Lubrin has plenty of bars and restaurants that do excellent tapas and meals.
