Lovely 4 Bed home in Instow, England

Ocean view is a large family house half way up a private hill offering spacious accommodation in the quiet village of Instow, North Devon. It has been designed with reverse level accomodation to take full advantage of the spectacular coastal views, therefore all the bedrooms are on the ground floor (four large double bedrooms)along with two full size bathrooms and a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and drinks fridge. Upstairs we have a kitchen/diner, lounge, conservatory and balcony (with swing chair and patio table, 4 chairs and parasol) providing glorious uninterupted views of the estuary and beyond.
Our home has ample guest parking combined with a truely tranquil location. In November 2010 we completed a lovely patio area at the front of the house for our guests to sit and enjoy the panoramic views.
We have a Burman cat whom is very well behaved, loves a fuss made of him and is very good with young children. Due to having a resident cat, we are unable to accommodate your own pets and would require guests to love and care for him during their stay. We are child friendly, due to having a young son of our own and welcome families, providing a cot or travel cot with bed linen and highchair/booster seat upon request if required. Absolutely loads of toys and books so no need to bring your own.
We have a single and double kayak for use on the estuary as well as several bikes for use on the Tarka trail.

Our house is strictly non-smoking.
