We live in a very pretty 1920s Arts & Crafts house with a modern extension in the centre of Broadstairs, a small seaside town in Kent.
Downstairs: living room with working fireplace, office, kitchen with range cooker, large dining/sitting room, play/utility room, wet room bathroom and a further toilet.
Upstairs: three bedrooms (one king, one double and one single child's room), family bathroom plus attic room with sea views. The garden and separate courtyard are both enclosed with seating - dining table and chairs and loungers. Smoking is fine in the garden and we have a lazy cat to feed. There is off-street parking for one car.
We are about five minutes walk to the beach, shops, bus stop and train station (1h20m to London).
