Colourful and stylish 4-bed house in central Brighton

Our four-bedroom (1 en suite) terraced house is located a 15-min walk from the seafront in the Queens Park area of central Brighton.

With sea views and beautiful sunsets from the front of the house, we are around a 20-min walk to the bustling heart of Brighton, a 5-min walk to a lovely park with a great adventure playground, and a 25-min walk to the railway station where you can catch a direct train to London taking just 50 minutes.

Our home is cosy, friendly, stylish, colourful and comfortable, reflecting our love of art and music. We have large sofas, a log burning stove, a light, airy kitchen-diner leading through folding doors to a pretty courtyard garden at the rear. We've got three bedrooms (and a study that can accommodate fold out beds) and all mod cons such as record player (and lots of vinyl), digital radios, dishwasher, microwave, wifi and cable TV. We love our home, but aren't too precious!

Brighton is often dubbed 'London by the sea', due to its amazing and diverse culture on offer, including an international arts festival in May, many world-class theatres and galleries, fantastic independent shops and all the usuals too, great restaurants and of course all of the clubs, bars and amusements lining the beach & seafront. With a car, you can be on the South Downs in minutes, exploring the Sussex countryside.

We have a lovely old gentleman cat who would need feeding and a bit of protection from rowdy kids but he's no bother.

About the location

Peaceful yet urban, lots of young families and older people, parks, seaviews, great friendly pubs - 10 minute walk to the beach and centre of town.
