There is a small west-facing terrace at the front of the house, To the rear, there is a steep garden featuring monumental sculptures. There is a small terrace with chairs and a table.
Not suitable for unsupervised children.

It is situated on a B-road, with light traffic, in a pretty wooded valley, Cragg Vale, & is 4 miles from the small town of Hebden Bridge, noted for its restaurants, galleries, interesting shops & alternative community. Leeds & Manchester are both 45 minutes away by rail & road, York 60 minutes.
