Lovely 3 Bed home in London, England

Our house is a 3-bedroom terraced house in Eltham Park, an area of Greenwich Borough of London. It was built in the 1930's but is fully modern. We have a decent size back yard and patio with BBQ etc. for enjoying the summer weather.

We live on a quiet street in a community consisting mostly of working families and retirees. We are about 20 minutes from London Bridge station on the train, or a 15 minute drive from the Kent countryside. The station is about an 8 minute walk from here.

The immediate area offers loads of walking routes through ancient woodland and parks, as well as modern high street shopping.

NOTE: At this time we are *not* planning to exchange during the 2012 Olympics, but thanks for all the interest :)
