Our child-friendly family home has been recently renovated. It is surrounded by a large garden with an open outlook to the countryside and two terrasses. Located close to the “Sevre” river, our 3 storey house is less than 5 minutes walk to the major everyday shops. It has 5 bedrooms (2 with double beds).

Located in the near suburbs of Nantes, you can reach the city-center within 20 mn by bus. Nantes is often described as one of the greatest french town for the quality of life. Many sites of interest nearby : Nantes of course known for its Elephant and Castle, the Nantes vineyard (5 kms), the atlantic ocean coast is 45 minutes drive, La Baule,le Puy du Fou (entertainment park), the britany region, the Loire valley and many more.
