Lovely 3 Bed home in L'Estartit, Spain

Our modern duplex flat is on the second floor of a small block of flats in L'Estartit, a small town and seaside resort (3,000 inhabitants aprox.) on the Costa Brava, on the north-eastern coast of Spain. There are only 4 neighbours, two on the first floor, and two on the second floor. There is a lift and a car park for each neighbour. It's a cosy second-home apartment equipped with the basic appliances you may need, such as electric cooker, electric oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. Both floors are air conditioned.
It's situated within easy reach of all facilities in the family-friendly resort of Estartit.The sandy beach is 5 minutes walk and the natural park of the Medas Isles surrounds the location.
Situated in the heart of the Costa Brava, the Medes Islands constitute one of the principal marine flora and fauna reserves in the Western Mediterranean, a privileged natural area for visitors to this area and a much appreciated scuba-diving destination.
From our 20 metre terrace you can see the beach, the Medes Isles and the mountains.
Girona airport, with convenient low cost flights, is 40 kms away. The Dali Museum at Figueras and the medieval, picturesque village of Pals, Girona and its historic Jewish quarter and the cosmopolitan delights of Barcelona are all within easy reach. The nearest railway station is in Flaçà (25 km) where there is a free car park. There are also guided coach excursions from Estartit.
