Lovely 3 Bed home in Luckington, England

Perfect rural setting on the edge of the Cotswolds. Luckington Brook, part of the River Avon, flows through our child friendly garden which has lawns, a swimming pool and chickens (which will be looked after by a neighbour).

We are a good centre for walking, watching wildlife and pub visiting but within 40 minutes of advanced shopping and Bath/ Bristol City Centres and S Wales.

The house is modern, efficient and comfortable with 3TVs, wifi, computers,etc. If needed our friend who lives in a separate annex will act as housekeeper and babysitter for you. (she is a qualified nanny). Plenty of parking and can leave our reliable 10 year old Ford KA for you to use if helpful.
