Completely private and seclued yet only minutes walk from village centre where all usual shops are located.The house is airy spacious and extrememly comfortable. The views from the bedroom windows are spectacular looking over towards the Aberuchil hills.
There are two good golf courses in the are - one in the village and another 7 miles away in St Fillans. Fishing permits are available from local shops.
In the centre of the village - only minutes away - there is a hotel, two restaurants and two cafes a good deli butcher and general store. At the end of the lane there is a bus stop which is useful if a rest from driving is on the cards!
Aberfeldy, Pitlochry,Auchterarder are all fairly close by for sightseeing or hill walking
