Situated in the heart of the popular coastal village of Perranporth, on the North Cornwall Atlantic coast (UK), our beautiful spacious period property is just two minutes` level walk away from both Perranporth`s beautiful sandy three-mile beach, and the village’s shops, cafes and restaurants.

The house is light and bright, with large windows, high ceilings, original features and spacious living accommodation. On the ground floor is the kitchen, dining room and sitting room, and on the first floor are three bedrooms (one double and two singles), a bathroom and an additional toilet. A fourth (double) bedroom is in the eaves on the top floor, along with another sitting room / play room.

Additionally, a self-contained studio annex on the ground floor provides a double bed, kitchenette and shower room.

The house is set back from the pavement, has an enclosed courtyard garden, first floor balcony, off-road parking for one car, is fully double glazed and has oil central heating.
Guests will be welcome to use our surfboards and bikes and we may be able to arrange use of our car too, dependant on the circumstances.

About the location

Perranporth in Cornwall, UK, is known for its beautiful three mile sandy beach, stunning coastline and great surf. It is a large village, friendly and vibrant, with the South West Coast Path, a golf club, tennis courts, horse riding and surf schools all on the doorstep. There are also a number of independent shops, restaurants and pubs on the high street. A children`s play park and duck pond are ten minutes` walk away. The beautiful beaches of Newquay and cathedral city of Truro are both nine miles away with regular buses going to both from Perranporth.
