3 bedroom house in Falmouth, Cornwall

Sorry can't do swaps in summer 2022

Centrally located house with garden and good sized living space. It`s only a stroll to the main shopping street in Falmouth. The beauty is it`s quiet but accessible with lovely views over the estuary.

It`s the perfect place to explore the coast path and any other lovely bits of Cornwall.

I do have 2 cats who are pretty self sufficient - just need some food left and the odd stroke and they`re fine and dandy.

Please note I cannot swap over the summer holidays . The earliest would now be Sept

About the location

Falmouth is a vibrant town in South West Cornwall. There are loads of festivals and the place buzzes but without being noisy.

There are fantastic walks in every direction and plenty of watery activities off the coast.
Take the ferry to St Mawes or Flushing and explore the Roseland peninsula. There`s a lovely branchline train from Falmouth to Truro which is my regular commute - highly recommended.

Parking is on street.
