Our house is 220m2 4 bedroom arts and crafts style 1928 house with modern kitchen and bathrooms and 10m swimming pool outside. We are close to the big parks at One Tree Hill and Mount Eden - both old volcanic cones. And a short drive from Auckland city's waterfront, museum and Sky tower which you can jump off. Or take a spin in a former America's cup yacht. Or a ferry to the islands in the Hauraki Gulf. An hour plus drive away are the surf beaches on the east coast, and the winery trails up Matakana way.
