Lovely 3 Bed home in Emu Plains, Australia

Our home at Emu Plains is clean & comfortable & has 3 bedrooms, one double & one single, and one we use as an “office” but it has a double sofa bed. We have one bathroom with shower & spa bath and a separate toilet, lounge room, dining room, kitchen with all appliances including dish washer & espresso machine & laundry with washing machine & dryer.(Not used much in our great climate).

We have a fairly large, peaceful garden with a covered pergola and a family sized barbecue & an outdoor setting.

We are one street away from the river. Emu Plains is about 50 mins by car or train from Sydney and only 45 mins from Katoomba which is the heart of the beautiful Blue Mountains tourist area with all it's lovely scenery.
