Big 18th century stone farmhouse in the heart of the Peak District National Park in Derbyshire, surrounded by rivers, woods, lovely walking and rural living. Open log fires in winter, big walled garden, famous Lathkill Dale on doorstep and beautiful Dove valley and the Kinder hills nearby. Climbing, swimming, road biking, mountain biking, riding, trekking, camping all available.

We have two lovely and extremely well trained lurcher dogs which we would be happy to lend you. A cat called Sid is also resident and a goldfish called Agamemnon.

I would describe our house as shabby chic, easy to live in, big and airy. Sitting room, dining room, big kitchen with Aga, lots of bedrooms, bathrooms, rambling lay out and big garden with trampoline and swings - country living rural English style. We have a cleaner who comes once a week. Bikes and table tennis available on request. Good pubs nearby.
