Situated on the Cotswold Edge,in an 'area of outstanding natural beauty' we have a large and beautiful modern home set in a peaceful good sized garden with magnificent views of the surrounding valley.
The house has picture windows and light spacious rooms. The modern kitchen diner is 23 feet long with granite surfaces and a solid maple wood floor. You can relax in a similarly sized comfortable lounge and we also have a sound-proofed music room/spare bedroom (complete with digital piano and electric drum kit!) on the ground floor with adjacent shower room and low level access shower suited to a less able-bodied person. There are attractive patios for sitting out on at the front and rear of the house, (may be unsuitable for small children as there is a small pond and water feature). Upstairs there are four generous double-bedded bedrooms, one also contains bunk beds and 2 of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities. There is an additional family bathroom.

The house is situated on quiet lane on the very limit of the lovely historic Cotswold town of Wotton-under-Edge. This is a sleepy little town with excellent facilities including small supermarkets, shops, pubs, takeaways, Indian restaurant, independent local cinema, outdoor heated swimming pool (summer only), tennis courts nearby and local small arts centre that regularly hosts live music/performances. Two leisure centres are within a 20 minute drive. The Cotswolds are on your doorstep for fabulous walks and the famous 'Cotswold Way' runs along the bottom of our lane. The exciting cities of Bath, Bristol and Cheltenham are all within easy reach. Oxford is an hour and a half away and London two hours by car. Bristol airport can be reached withing 45 minutes.
