Our holiday home is a new 3 bed semi located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the centre of Seaton - just a 5 minute walk to the town and the beach. It has a very sunny small courtyard garden, 2 double and 1 single bedroom so is suitable for 2 couples or a family of up to 4.

Seaton is a bustling seaside town with usual range of cafes, shops and a long stretch of shingled beach. Adjacent to the beach is the south west coastal path and the Rive Axe flows into the sea so Seaton is an excellent location for walking, sailing and fishing. Inland there is access to the East Devon Way and numerous cycling routes are available from the door. Lyme Regis is 7miles, Sidmouth, 9 miles and Axminster (nearest station) 5 miles. Exeter (nearest airport) cathedral city is about 23 miles. Well known restaurants Hix in Lyme and Canteen in Axminster are well worth a visit.

We also have a 2 bed apartment with private parking close to Birmingham city centre and opposite Edgbaston cricket ground available during university term times.
