Lovely 3 Bed home in Inverurie, Scotland

We have a comfortable family home with 3 double bedrooms (2 double beds and a twin bed). There is a sunny lounge, playroom/snug, dining kitchen, utility room and a fully enclosed garden with a climbing frame/swings and a playhouse. Children are most welcome.

We are situated in a quiet residential area of rural Kemnay, a small village near Inverurie 16 miles from the city of Aberdeen. The village is situated in the heart of rural Aberdeenshire and is surrounded by spectacular countryside. Fetternear woods can be located directly behind our house alongside the river Dee. The very popular golf club in Kemnay, established in 1908, is located within a 5 minute walk. There are a few local hotels within walking distance. The Bennachie Lodge is particularly popular and serves lunch and evening meals in their comfortable conservatory.

Aberdeenshire is renowned for its castle trails, rugged coastlines, tranquil lochs, inspiring glens and the unique mountain landscape of the Cairngorms National Park. If you love to escape from it all and wander through picturesque villages and historic towns, then Aberdeenshire is the place for you. Even back in the buzzing city, which is a half hour drive from Kemnay, you're never far from a quick escape to Mother Nature. The Valley of Royal Deeside has been a favourite holiday destination of the Royals for over 150 years.
