Lovely 1 Bed home in Dunedin, USA

A tidy house with pool on the Gulf coast near theme parks, cruise ports, etc.

Our house is a small, one-level, open-plan, two bedroom (one bedroom is used as a studio so we listed it as one bedroom) house with a private, caged, in-ground swimming pool in a fine neighborhood and is literally a stone's throw from the Gulf of Mexico (the neighbors across the street would prefer that you not throw stones over their houses, though).

Dunedin was founded by a group of Scots in the 19th century and is considered one of the best managed towns in Florida. Dunedin is a "Tree City" and is among the most walkable and cyclable of towns in Florida. There are many attractions in the Clearwater/St. Petersburg/Tampa area (including the Dali Museum) and we are a short drive from the many major theme parks in Orlando. "SuperShuttle" vans will deliver you to your door from the nearby Tampa International Airport (TIA) and vice-versa.

Florida is a jumping-off point for many cruise ships for the exploration of the Gulf region, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean. The SE USA is within driving distance--including Key West, New Orleans, Nashville, etc.

Summers in Florida are reliably quite warm but because it is a peninsula Florida does not get the extreme heat of inland areas of the continent.
