It consists of 3 storeys. One is the living room, kitchen & wc, the upper one has two bedrooms, one office room, bathroom and the ground storey features 2 rooms for storage and facilities like waching machine and dryer.
The living room opens into a balcony ideal to have your breakfast or coffee gazing olive and pine trees in the other side of the pedestrian road where the entrance house lies.
Olympic Stadium is right in the neighborhood with 50m swimming pool.
Public transport 7min walking from house and it gets you to the centre of the city as well as to the airport in aprx 20min.
