Lovely 3 Bed home in Totnes, England

Close to the wilds of Dartmoor and the beautiful south Devon coast. Our home is semi detached with two double and one single room. It is cosy and simple, peaceful and nourishing. Water is heated by solar panels and the sitting room has a good wood burning stove. We enjoy not having a television but have internet access available.

Our home is set around a green where there is a friendly community of neighbours. I am happy to provide information about local information for example local surf school and horse riding stables, or to connect you with friends who can arrange a canoeing trip. We are next to a beautiful diverse forest and a short walk from the river Dart. A stroll across the fields to Dartington Hall and gardens where there are regular events and to the South devon steam railway. An artistic and creative area to visit with many treasures to explore. We are close to Riverford organic farm shop and a short bike ride from the eclectic town of Totnes and the rare breeds farm. Our garden is fairly large and has an outdoor fireplace, it is a little wild in places.We have one gorgeous cat who is very affectionate.Cat lovers only please.
