Our house is modest but cosy 1920’s, 3 bed roomed semi. Gas boiler, also fireplaces in two rooms. We have a lounge and dining room with tv, freeview, dvd, cd player and tuner. Kitchen is modern but fairly small; it has a breakfast bar. We have a w.machine, gas hob, double oven, microwave and dishwasher. Patio.
Neighbourhood is safe and fairly quiet-road outside and parking can get busy during school times.
House in ‘Old Town’ area-several shops, pubs, restaurants, a small swimming pool, several parks, doctor’s surgery-public transport 5 minutes walk. We are 25 minutes walk from Eastbourne town centre-45 minutes walk from the seafront. Eastbourne weather is sunnier than the rest of the country, can be-5c up to 30c. It can be windy too.
