Our large modern family house is in a quiet residential street overlooking Oxford Canal in the front and Castle Mill Stream at the rear. Oxford city centre is a beautiful 15 minute walk away along the canal towpath. I’m relocating to South London so would like to swap with someone while I sell the house. I’m happy to consider any property in South London from a 1 bedroom flat upwards.
About the location
Our house is in the Jericho/Walton Manor area of North Oxford. Although our road is quiet we’re within a 10 minute walk from several award winning restaurants and pubs, an art house cinema, corner shops and, in my opinion, the best bicycle shop in Oxford! We’re also on the doorstep of Port Meadow, a huge area of common land which comprises about 1/4 of the entire city
