Wonderful modern family home 30 minutes from London

Our house is a new modern home, approximately 4000 square feet with a garden (complete with large trampoline). It is a semi detached property and has a large basement which is luxuriously decorated and complete with flat screen TV, small pool and table tennis table and piano. We have a laundry room with washer and dryer. There are three double bedrooms and two children's rooms with single beds in each. Each bedroom has a bathroom close to it and one en suite. Our kitchen is large with range cooker and enormous oak dining table that fits 10 people around it. The house is warm, cosy and welcoming!

About the location

We live in the centre of a small town called Harpenden. Most of the people who live here are professionals who commute into London as it is easy access to the big smoke. We live a 15 minute walk from the station and King's Cross St Pancras is only two stops away. We live walking distance from lovely restaurants, bars and even a creperie! Our closest town is that of St Albans which has great shopping etc but we also live adajcent to the countryside and there are some wonderful walks and trails in this area by bicycle or foot.
