Lovely 1 Bed home in Salt Spring Island, Canada

Charming, 1400 sq.ft. cedar home on 1/3 acre on wonderful Salt Spring Island, on the mild-wintered west coast of Canada. The house has one bedroom but also has a TV room with sofa bed, and two dedicated office spaces one of which doubles as a guest bedroom. We are located in the main village of Ganges, so it's a short walk to shops and services, the pool, the library, the post office, the hospital, churches, the indoor pool, hiking trails, a dozen restaurants and so on. Three ferries connect Salt Spring to Vancouver Island or the Lower Mainland near Vancouver. Three floatplane companies fly from Ganges Harbour, a 10 minute walk from our house.

We like to travel in October and can easily handle non-simultaneous exchanges in the summer. You stay in our house and we go sailing.
