Cosy one-bedroom garden flat in the Telegraph Hill conservation area. 5 minutes from London Bridge by train (great for Borough Market and access to the river/town), and on the newly re-opened London Overground line.

My flat has a newly fitted kitchen, ensuite bathroom and a good sized patio and garden area - perfect for bbqs and drinks in the evening! There is a sofa-bed in the living room, so can accommodate 2-3 people.

There is a park with tennis courts and a cafe at the top of my street. Plus a further 2 train stations within easy reach of my flat (Nunhead - 10 mins, New Cross - 20 mins), going direct London Victoria, London Cannon Street and London Charing Cross.

Neighbours are all very friendly!!
