Lovely 3 Bed home in Maroochydore Sunshine Coast, Australia
OUR UNIT is in a small high-rise (9 storeys) with only 15 units plus a manager. There are 3 bedrooms (main with ensuite), a large living-dining room and an upstairs family room with an enclosed patio all with beautiful views. We have large LCD screen, DVD, CD player, wireless internet etc. Our car for exchange is a low mileage 2005 Mazda 6 automatic and air-conditioned. Our units have their own heated swimming pool and full keyed security system and are in a quite section of the coastline, 100m walk to a patrolled surf beach and within easy walking of a great variety of restaurants, coffee shops or takeaways.
Our best known attraction is Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo. We have a beautiful hinterland just 30 mins drive away. If time permits we are just a 3hr drive from the southern tip of the Great barrier Reef.
