Lovely 1 Bed home in Boston, USA

Both my wife and I are professors in Boston. We have a corner studio in historic Fenway Studios (see http://www.friendsoffenwaystudios.org/about_fenway.php), in the cultural center of Boston, walking distance to all shopping and to the metro from which you can reach all parts of Boston and surroundings. One can take a train to NYC from Boston in 3 hours 40 minutes and to Washington, D.C. in 6 hours 40 minutes. We also have an 18th Century farm and orchard 1 and 1/2 hours away. Both are available for exchange.which is walking distance from all shopping. We want to go only to Venice for 1-2 months, from mid September to mid November.
