Provençal townhouse

We live in a provencal village, near the church, so it's easy to go shopping by walking - you will find 2 bakeries, one butcher, pharmacies.. It's a very typical provencal village, it's not far from Aix en provence (12km), Marseille (30km), Cassis (30km).

Our house is very old(before 1840'), it has been renovated in 2008. It has 3 levels: first one: cellar and tv room, second one: kitchen, living room, 1 bathroom, wc, on the third level : 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and terrace. The surface is around 200m2. We have a small garden(40m2). You can eat on the terrace or in the garden under the almond tree if it's too hot.
We also propose our small cottage with a swimming pool (7mx3,5m) which is 1km from our house.

About the location

Fuveau is close to Aix en Provence (12km), wich is an historical town. We are not far from the sea, an half and hour from Cassis, Bandol, and one hour and half from St Tropez.
