We live in Mid-Devon 8km from Tiverton and 20km from Exeter in the beautiful Exe-Valley. Our house and land border the Exe river (great for picnics) and walk to local restaurants and pubs. Great for local walks - Exe Valley Way. Great for beaches - wild north Devon coast and gentle south Devon coast.
