Lovely 3 Bed home in Lunenburg, Canada

We are situation on Heckman's Island which is a true island but you can drive onto it and off via a road bridge. We are 20 minutes from Lunenburg, where there are lots of stores, restaurants and facilities. The house backs right onto the water, where there is a dock in the spring and summer months. From the living room and master bedroom you can look right out onto the Atlantic Ocean. We are in a sheltered inlet. So no huge waves just a beautiful view. Nova Scotian's are incredibly friendly people who are always ready to chat and help out. There is a little fishing village about 10 minutes away called Blue Rocks.
This exchange would be good for mature adults who like the peace and quiet of living by the water. Excellent for artists, poets and writers. The area is extremely beautiful no matter what season. Halifax is 1.5 hours away, about an hour away is famous Peggy's Cove. Mahone Bay with beautiful water and churches is 20 minutes. The surrounding area is breath taking and a wonderful part of the world. Easy access to all of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and PEI. The house is warm and cosy in the winter with use of wood burning stove. Spring and Fall are amazing with a blaze of color.
