Lovely 1 Bed home in London, England

Our house is a typical Victorian terraced property built in 1875. It is small, simple and quiet - friends say it feels like a country cottage, even though it's only 30 minutes from central London and 10 minutes from the Westfield shopping centre at Stratford. There are lots of walks in Epping Forest on the doorstep. We use the second bedroom as a study but the sofa bed means we could accommodate four people if necessary. It has a 20-metre cottage garden.
