Lovely 3 Bed home in Collecchio, Italy

Lovely house in the countryside a few kilometers from the foothill of the Apennines. The size of the house is about 300 m2 and the property also contains a large garden with a view of the Apennines. The house is made up of two floors. Very good biking possibilities just outside the property. Our Italian landlord produces, as a hobby, the local Lambrusco at the vineyards surrounding the property. Lambrusco is only produced in this region of Italy. Despite being the homeland for the famous parmesan cheese and parma ham (prosciutto) which is produced at farms just around our house Parma also has a rich tradition for classical music and quite famous for opera. Giuseppe Verdi`s house in Busseto is 15-20 km from Parma. Milano (1,5hrs), Bologna (1 hrs), Pisa, Lucca (Tuscany 70 km away), Cinque Terre (World Heritage site) and the Mediterranean sea (2 hrs), Firenze (2 hrs) and Venice (3 hrs) are within easy reach from our house.
