A lovely, spacious first floor mansion flat in listed period building in Waterloo, Central London, just a short walk from South Bank and all its attractions.

This is our family home, with two bedrooms - one large double and one large single with a double scaffolding bed and space beneath with a futon style sofa bed as well. It would suit a family of three or four, or four with a baby who could be in the larger bedroom. We can also provide a travel cot if necessary. The flat is secure and comfortably furnished. We have friendly neighbours and access to shared courtyard and gardens.

Our location allows access to frequent buses/tubes all over London and beyond.

Bathroom and toilet in one room with shower and bath. Comfortable large carpeted living room with TV, hi-fi, wi-FI, books, etc. Open plan kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, tumble dryer, microwave.

Our cat is `Pusski`. A friendly and independent creature with his own cat flap.

About the location

Webber Row is a mixed and friendly area and great Central London location. We live within a collection of listed buildings 120 years old, with shared courtyards and garden.

There are various and plentiful facilities on our doorstep; restaurants, galleries, coffee shops, supermarkets, all In the locale, around Lower Marsh and The Cut. We are 10/15 mins walking distance to South Bank, including The Globe, The Old Vic and Young Vic Theatres,Tate Modern, Hayward Gallery, British Film Institute [including IMAX screens], National Theatre, The London Eye, Big Ben and so on.

A great location for New Years Eve Fireworks.

If you so chose you could walk over the river to Covent Garden/ Trafalgar Square in 30 mins.

Bus stops outside the flat to all over London; Hampstead Heath, Camden Town Market, West End/Soho. 3 mins walk to Waterloo tube and mainline station for trains all over the south east of England
