Detached 3/4 bedroom family home, situated in the Winton area of the beautiful holiday resort of Bournemouth. House is 3 miles from beach, 6 miles from New Forest, located in a pleasant, quiet residential area. Parks, leisure centres, shops, buses, trains, restaurants, and pubs all close by.

House is clean and tidy. It has new kitchen, bathrooms, kids bedrooms but other rooms are in the process of being re-decorated! Large south facing garden has trampoline, football goal, catch net, etc. Ideal holiday house for a family with school age children.
