We live in a light and airy detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac close to local ameneties in Warwick in the centre of England.

We have a large lounge, kitchen dining room, conservatory and a toilet downstairs; upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and shower cubicle and a separate toilet.

We are experienced swappers and are planning a two centre trip to New Zealand and Australia sometime between the middle of December 2018 and the middle of March 2019 for up to 4 weeks in each Country. We are visiting family in Sydney and would like to be around the Nelson area of New Zealand if possible. However we are open to suggestions and can be flexible.

About the location

Warwick is a pleasant County town with many historical buildings including Warwick Castle which is one of the finest medieval castles in England with a varied programme of events all year round. There are local shops, a good bus service and Railway stations nearby with regular services to London. You`ll find many restaurants offering international cuisine in the town centre together with a good variety of pubs. The local park is only a short walk away and is very pleasant with good sporting facilities.

The surrounding towns of Leamington Spa, Stratford upon Avon and Coventry offer much to see and do. The countryside is really beautiful with many local walking groups who are always pleased to welcome visitors.
We are close to the motorway network and the City of Birmingham with its International Airport is only 30 minutes away with flights worldwide, including Australia and New Zealand.
