The centre of beautiful, medieval Norwich with its cathedral, museums, historic churches, castle, art gallery, cinemas, theatres, music, open market,library, iconic university, restaurants and shops is just a 10 minutes walk away.

The house dates from 1870 and has 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and another 2 loos. The master has a super king bed and one of the large double bedrooms also has bunk beds. There's a TV room, sitting room, kitchen, utility and study with computer, internet/wifi. We have central heating, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher. There's a small walled back garden and a seating area at the front. The road is private, quiet and secluded, despite being within walking distance of the city centre - and the neighbours are very friendly and helpful!

There are good bus services passing close by the house. The mainline station is 25 minutes walk away and there is also a network of buses leaving from the nearby bus station - you can explore the north Norfolk coast entirely by public transport.

There are good transport links to London, Cambridge, Heathrow, the coast, Norfolk broads and Norfolk's historic houses. The airport is 10 min by taxi. You'll be spoilt for choice.
