My farm lies in a mountain range of Andalusia, 60 kms inland from San Pedro & Marbella and 20 mins ride from the bustling town of Ronda with many shops, restaurants and bars. The location is stunningly beautiful and peaceful, but the house has conveniences of elec, c.h., wood stoves, telephone, satellite tv and internet connection. The single building is divided into 2 dwellings: main house having one bedroom and bathroom, the second with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, being let in the summer months. Terraces, large outdoor pool & stables. Either house, or both, could be the exchange house. This would suit self-sufficient energetic couple(s) or family, who would enjoy the challenge of living 3-6 months "away from it all".
