House has small front and back gardens, verandahs on 2 levels, living room/kitchen/office doubling as dining area/2 bedrooms/bathroom on same floor as bedrooms/2nd toilet next to office. (Lounge and kitchen at street level, bedrooms upstairs, office and backyard downstairs). On-street parking only. Suit couple, or couple with one or two children (only beds for 2+1, but scope for another if required). There is a TV for playing videos/DVDs, but no connection for TV reception. Toyota Corolla sedan available for car swap.
