Our lovely neighborhood encompasses a walking/biking path that goes on for miles. We are close to a very large lake with swimming, boating, skiing and hiking. We are an easy drive from San Francisco, Napa, Carmel, Lake Tahoe, Yosemite, Giant Sequoia Redwoods and much more.
Our home has a cheerful garden with fresh vegetables, berries, and fruit trees for your enjoyment. There is a covered patio and gas barbeque with table and chairs.
Folsom has an aquatic complex, with an Olympic size swimming pool and other pools with slides and diving platforms. Old town Folsom has preserved its Gold Rush heritage. The Palladio is our most recent shopping center with lots of shops, a weekly farmers market, 16 screen movie theater, lots of fantastic restaurants, and free outdoor summer music concerts.
