Lovely 1 Bed home in Leatherhead, England
My home is a small cottage/bungalow in a quiet but well-located cul-de-sac in a lovely part of Surrey, 45 minutes on the train from London.
It is a modest home with one bedroom plus 2nd bedroom/study, with a small but modern kitchen and bathroom (both recently renovated).
The lounge room is warm and comfortable with two sofas, TV/DVD system, ipod dock, and doors which open onto the garden.
I have a 10 year old Ford Ka which could be included in the swap if this suits. There is no garage but there is on-street parking in our quiet private road.
It is carpeted throughout and has wifi.
Surrey is a beautiful area of England, with plenty of walks and other countryside pursuits. It also provides excellent access to London.
