You can see the sea from our living room, it`s just a 5-minute walk to the beach and the beautiful Portobello Promenade with it`s cafes and park. And of course, Edinburgh city centre is within very easy reach, a 25-minute ride on the bus from the top of the street opposite our home.

From our home you have easy access to the wonderful combination of Edinburgh`s seaside and the city centre. As well as all the wonderful cultural experiences that Edinburgh has to offer, w5-minute walk from the beach, a 10-minute walk from a Scottish National Trust Property and a short drive from many lovely walks and gorgeous beaches along the coast in East Lothian. There are several buses to the city centre from within a short walk of our home, or a train station (Brunstane) about a 10-minute walk again. There are several supermarkets within easy reach, and Portobello high street is a 15- to 20-minute walk away, packed with cafes and gift shops.
