The flat is located near Elephant and Castle station, on the third floor of a beautiful Peabody Trust complex, with two sets of bay windows and a lot of light. We have one double bedroom and a big sitting room, large sunny kitchen with washer, and full bath. The decor is eclectic (antiques, books, futon, Le Creuset pots, kitchen gadgets) and very cozy.

The neighborhood is "up and coming" but quite safe and in Zone 1. London Bridge, the South Bank, Waterloo, and Westminster are easily accessible by foot, there are buses to every part of London, and E&C tube station is on the Northern and Bakerloo lines. If you're interested in art, we have also got museum memberships to the Tate and ICA!
