Blouberg has many restaurants and shopping centres and you can walk for miles along the unspoiled beach. Explore the Winelands or the West Coast - Cape Town city centre and the V & A Waterfront is a 15 minute drive away and 30 minutes gets you to Cape Town International Airport.
The house has three bedrooms. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a view of the ocean, kingsize bed, dressing area and full en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has a queensize bed and built-in cupboards and bedroom three has a double bed with a desk/study area with built in cupboards. There is also a full family bathroom with shower.
Downstairs is the kitchen with seperate laundry room, Cloakroom, dining room with dining table seating 8, living room with snooker table, comfortable TV room with flat screen TV (Cable TV is available) and a seperate cosy pub area.
