Lovely 4 Bed home in Bromsgrove, England

We live in the market town of Bromsgrove which is situated in the county of Worcestershire. Located close to the junction of the M5 and M42 and close to the Lickey, Clent and Waseley Hills, as well as the Malvern Hills. Bromsgrove features a popular and compact town centre.

Our house is twelve years old, has 4 bedrooms and is child friendly! There are numerous boxes of toys from Playmobil to doll's houses and of course is equipped with stair gates, highchairs and cots, if needed. There is a master bedroom with ensuite, one bedroom with a cot or cotbed, another with a cotbed and a fourth bedroom which houses the computer and a spare double futon bed, if needed. There is also a family bathroom. We have a garden which houses a climbing frame with slide and a playhouse. Five minutes walk away is the local playground-a popular feature!!

Worcester, Birmingham and Stratford upon Avon are all around a 20 minute drive away.

More locally, there are the usual facilities you'd expect in a town-swimming pool, arts centre, shopping etc. Nearby are the Lickey Hills, Avoncroft museum of Historic Buildings (houses over 25 historic buildings and the national collection of telephone kiosks!) and Hanbury Hall (National Trust). Stourport-on-Severn plus surrounding rolling hills, open countryside and villages are all within a short drive away.

At the Jinney Ring Craft Centre you can watch skilled craftspeople at work. There is a shop, a farmhouse restaurant and great views to the Malvern Hills.

The Worcester and Birmingham Canal runs close to Bromsgrove and is a destination for numerous leisure activities. The Tardebigge lock flight are the longest navigable locks in the country, with 30 locks climbing 217 feet (66m).

West Midlands Safari Park is a 20 minutes drive away and a popular destination for families.

Cadburyland is a 15 minute drive away for all you chocolate lovers out there! (be warned, free chocolate samples must be tasted on the tour!)
