Our home is a storey and a half 2 bedroomed cottage with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bathroom on the ground floor along with living room, separate dining room and newly renovated kitchen. Our lower level has a carpeted den, office and laundry room.
The main floor has hardwood flooring and windows on all sides. The outlook is very pleasant as we do not look into any neighbour's windows. Only trees and gardens.
We have a new stainless steel gas stove (2010) and frige, and a dishwasherin the kitchen with new cabinets and granite counter tops. The sliding glass doors take you to our cedar steps and a lovely perennial garden with a courtyard of interlocking bricks.
The property is on a quiet street within steps to a corner store and amenities. Public transit is a block away.
