Lovely 3 Bed home in Penrith, England
The Badger Sett, our cottage in the English Lake District, is usually let as a holiday home but when it isn't we use it ourselves. It's in the gloriously unspoilt north-eastern corner of the Lake District National Park close to the picturesque villages of Hesket Newmarket and Caldbeck.
Comfortably sleeping 6 people, the cottage has been extensively but sympathetically modernised and beautifully furnished. It’s all on one level (with easy access for wheelchairs) and the safe, enclosed garden make it ideal for families with small children.
There's lots to do nearby including fabulous walks, horseriding, canoeing and sailing on the lakes, visits to historic country houses and Hadrian's Wall is close by.
