My name is Sophie, I am a music producer and composer, as well as interior designerm and my partner is a property developer.

We love the idea of experiencing the feeling of a home when we are abroad, and that likeminded people will feel the same in our property. We are quiet and respectful.

We have several properties, so can do Non simultaneous exchanges.

We are open to short terms exchanges as well as holidays or long term exchanges non simultaneous.

We also have a penthouse in Ibiza Spain, and a loft in Marseille France.

The 2 bedroom London apartment is very large, bright and quiet in a beautiful victorian building on a quiet and Leafy residential street. It contains all the modern facilities, a modern kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine dryer, big fridge/freezer, 50 inch flat screen TV, broadband with all the channels, internet, stereo with jacks plugged to the speakers for your iPod. We just moved in, so I will have more photos uploaded when all the furnitures are in and organised.

As for the Penthouse in Ibiza, the renovation will be finished in 2013.

Our Neighborhood

The address is prestigious, we are in a very nice area of London, Hampstead NW3, home of many renowned film directors and actors, and music industry as well as many other public figures.

The apartment is set in a beautiful victorian house with many period features and grand rooms brightened by big bay victorian style windows overlooking greens, uninterrupted garden views at the back, and leafy residential street at the front.
the sun comes in pretty much all day. this is a bright apartment.

Situated on a very quiet and leafy residential street, 8mn walk to Hampstead village, Hampspead heath park, and to west hampstead village and its many little restaurants, and boutiques with public transports and shopping facilities near by.

Our neighbours are very quiet, the flat is a peace heaven.

We are in the centre of London, 10 minutes drive or bus ride from Baker Street, or Camden, and yet, we feel we are living in a small village. The walk to Hamspead village is very pleasant indeed; very green, with some of the most beautiful houses in London to look at on the way.

In Hampstead village, you will be able to experience the best french crepes at the famous Hampstead Creperie, a cute little kiosk on Hampstead High Street.
I highly recommend the walk to hampstead heath, a beautiful and big park very near the village.

I really enjoy living here.
