About the location

Glasshouses is a perfect location to explore the Yorkshire Dales but is within easy reach of a number of beautiful towns such as Harrogate, Ripon and York. The city of Leeds is just 50 minutes away. We are a 20 minute walk along the river to Pately Bridge where there are restaurants, pubs and a variety of shops.
There are numerous walks from the door in this area of outstanding natural beauty. The area is also a haven for cyclists although you would need to be fit as the roads are steep! Areas such as Grassington, Malham Cove can be easily reached by car.
