Nut Cottage - North Devon

Cosy country cottage in best kept village in North Devon with 3 excellent pubs within walking distance! Access to beautiful North Devon beaches including secluded coves also within walking distance as is the SW coastal path. Barnstaple Town Centre 20 mins drive away. Accessible to stunning countryside, Exmoor National Park nearby, with the Tarka Trail ideal for biking.

Our cottage consists of kitchen/dining room with rayburn. Cosy lounge with wood burning stove and bedroom 1 with on suite and double bed. The master bedroom has en suite shower and toilet, with 2 other bedrooms one with a single bed and the other with a double bed. We also have a utility room and a good sized tiered garden with fantastic views. There is a terrace to the front and a large sun deck at the rear. We have a cat which it would be great if you could help look after.

About the location

Berrynarbor is a quiet picturesque village very close to the coast. It has a two shops including one with a post office and three pubs with lovely menus within walking distance. It has been voted the Best Kept village and is nestled in a hillside valley with amazing views. The village has its own unique tradition of flower pot characters which are made in the village and scattered around the village in all types of places! The Landmark Theatre is nearby in Ilfracombe aswell as Verity who is the piece of art by Damien Hurst. There are lots of Fish, Bistro and Tapas restaurants around the harbour in Ilfracombe and regular boat rides which can be organised. It is fun also to do crabbing and rock pooling at Coombe Martin Beach.
